[Malwarebytes blocking access every two minutes]

I've run Malwarebytes full scan. It says my machine is clean but I am still getting the balloon message every minute or two. It pops up saying:

Successfully blocked access to a potentially malicious website 209.85.229.104

Type: outgoing

Port: 62832, Process: svchost.exe

"Outgoing" worries me—that a machine with supposedly zero viruses would try to access that website (IP address remains the same, but port changes) every minute or so. My PC seems to be running fine.

Could it be a problem with the svchost.exe file?
