[Angry Birds malware]

I picked up malware while downloading a free copy of Angry Birds onto my laptop (dummy me!!!). I have not much real tech knowledge but am very good at following instructions. I wonder if you could help me to remove it from my PC. I run Vista. Thank you so much.
