I found a very similar post to mine, so I followed a few to the steps, ran list parts scan, and TDSSKiller. Here is the results log from that scan.

My computer is running Windows 7 Ultimate. Malwarebytes shows two files when doing a full scan: Trojan.Agent is the Vendor for both. One is located in the "file" Category and the other in "memory process." Both are labeled in Item as C:\Windows\svchost.exe and other has "1616" included with the "memory process." I tried running Malwarebytes in safe mode, also tried in chameleon mode, but still was not able to remove. I tried to run a Linux live USB and deleted C:\Windows\svchost.exe but it came back, when I turned Windows on. Any help is greatly appreciated. Also, none of my av software is working, parts of each are disabled somehow. Only Malwarebytes works in cameleon mode.
