Computer seems to be running great just as good as before the virus showed up. I need to put some more ram in it but thats it thank you so much

Malware bytes PRO is unable to resolve the issue. Computer runs slow and choppy when the virus is active. I am able to close the host process in task manager which speeds up the computer temporarily. When the process is active the ram runs at 95-99%. Some help with this issue would be appreciated. Thank you.

I have the svchost.exe trojan and can't seem to get rid of it. Can you help me please. Malwarebytes scan recognizes it but is unable to get rid of it.
