Will try to remember my original sign-in information, but that was years ago.
Thank you.

"Unable to register license key."

Very well. Will follow the directions.

Wait a minute. I only have the "free" program now.
-
No. Will do that and then follow the instructions.
Thank you.

Have used the these instructions (several times) to no avail.

Yes. (Sorry about spelling.)

Yes, used caps and dasheses, but did not receive an error code. Just unable to sign in.

Uninstalled MB to troubleshoot the reason for my slow startup. Reinstalled MB but my license key and ID is not recognized.

Something happened on my end but what? Loading was fine (under 20 seconds) until it wasn't. Maybe the DNS change will help.
Thanks for your help and advice.

It's still at 2 1/2 minutes.
To the best of my knowledge, I've had the same DNS settings since 2009, but I will change them once I know what I'm doing.
Thank you.

Will look into changing the DNS settings, but have to learn more about that. The settings can be changed in the Control Panel, in the modem UI, and I don't know what else. If there is a change I'll send a PM.
Thank you for your time with this.

Sorry to say that the load time has increased by 30 seconds. There is a MB program update. I'll install that and see if there is a change in the startup time.

Here is the new MBST log.

OK. Not sure about the disk check as the OS loaded in normal time

Here is the Fixit Log.

The printer drivers have the latest drivers installed, but the USB driver was not updated because I couldn't find one on the web.
Also, the Fixit link was "unavailable."
Thanks.

Ok, will look into changing servers and will run the FIX.
Note: the device "problems" are due to my having disconnected the printer, which I always do between uses.
Thank you for your help.

Was infected today with PIX.##############. Windows Safe Mode saved the day, but MB protection is only at 69% - no Ransomware or Malware protection. Need help.
