    Was infected today with PIX.##############. Windows Safe Mode saved the day, but MB protection is only at 69% - no Ransomware or Malware protection. Need help.

    Yes, used caps and dasheses, but did not receive an error code. Just unable to sign in.

    Uninstalled MB to troubleshoot the reason for my slow startup. Reinstalled MB but my license key and ID is not recognized.

    Something happened on my end but what? Loading was fine (under 20 seconds) until it wasn't. Maybe the DNS change will help. Thanks for your help and advice.

    It's still at 2 1/2 minutes. To the best of my knowledge, I've had the same DNS settings since 2009, but I will change them once I know what I'm doing. Thank you.
