TL86

I scanned my computer using Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Free trial and it came up with infected files, most of which were registry keys. I'm not sure which ones I should remove or leave alone. Which solution is best? Some help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Here's a photo of my results after a full scan.
