Hello, I am facing a problem with my new laptop. I have windows 7 os. It says that I have to restart so that the updates can be installed, before it shuts down ( at 15% precisely ) it says: "Configuration Update Failure" then it says: "Reverting Changes" it shuts down, starts booting again, and again tries to install and the same thing happens again, except that after "Reverting Changes" it doesn't restart again, I continue to log on normally. and of course, the updates are not installed. what should I do about this problem? thanks on advance for your help.
