Fileassassin - Can't delete a file.

"Whatever the reason for the locked file, File ASSASSIN can remove it."
I have a file named s3-zldww.iso that will not be deleted normally because it's open in "System", so I found out about FileASSASSIN and tried to delete it. It just says "This file cannot be deleted."
So what's up? Is there any way I can get rid of it?
