[Trojan.agent in SVChost.exe - cannot remove it]

Hello,

Please help, I have a computer running Windows 7 that will not update the Security Update for Windows 7 for x64 based Systems (KB2724197). I have been able to find the problem is that I have a Trojan.agent in the SVChost.exe file. I have not been able to remove this malware.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me remove this from my system.
