Help with Trojan Gen.2

Hello,
In the past couple of days I have been getting notifications from my antivirus program (Symantec Endpoint) about an infection with a trojan gen.2. The notifications come in bunches (64 just now), and the program tells me that the affected files are quarantined.
I saw a post regarding a similar problem, and tried to follow the process recommended there.

The malwarebytes quickscan did not find anything. I ran dds as well, but I don't know what to make of the log files.
What should I do next?
