I have already done this - please refer to ticket #274585 for all the discussion! But, if you wish, I can do it again! My aim with this forum topic was to find out if others have this problem - it may exist and they just haven't used 'Help' under the 'About' tab on the main menu screen after the automatic installation of 1.65.1.1000.

When I select help tab, the topics window opens as expected. Only a few topics display any information when 'clicked'; most do not! I wonder if others have experienced this! I run Win 7 64-bit, but if any others have the problem on any system, please respond, as support can't account for this.
