Hi Maniac, Thanks for the reply but my brother did a system restore and now everything is working fine, malwarebytes anti malware can now update, the internet is working and when i scan it is finding 0 viruses. Is this normal?

Basically my computer is having a problem where it is connected to the internet but when i try to open internet explorer it opens the browser but no websites work, i tried to open google chrome and it wont even open the browser. So basically i tried to run the anti malwarebytes and a pop up saying its updating from 15 days ago, would i like to update? comes up, i clicked yes and another pop up saying An error has occurred. Please report this issue to our support team (include the content of all error message(s) and code(s) in your submission). PROGRAM_ERROR_UPDATING(0,0 Connection refused). I am on my other computer at the moment and saw the forum thread about using the mbam cleanup but i cant use it on my other computer as internet explorer and chrome arent working. It is still able to scan but not update. I scanned and it found 7 viruses and i clicked removed all, restarted then re-scanned and it keeps finding 7 over and over again. Any help would be appreciated.
