windows 7 i did install malwarebytes in english and chinese O.o

I've had this problem for quite some time now, I know from before that I could see the letters instead of ???. I tried to uninstall malwaybytes and reinstalled them in both english and chinese, but it didn't work. I just need help figuring out if it's b/c my pc have some form of malware of virus, i ran malwarebytes and it didn't pick up. thanks!
