Bts Scour Virus Google Chrome and Internet Explorer

Hello, I have a very wierd problem, apparently I have a Virus? called Bts Scour Virus, my internet browsers (Internet Explorer and Google Chrome) will either redirect me to Bts Scour or some random site, can someone please help me?!?!?
