    Got an 80246008 error code & cannot update windows or turn on firewall. Tried everything I've found but nothing works. Everyone tells me to turn on BITS but cannot find BITS to turn on. this is the only website I've found that has cured a problem that is simlar to mine. Any help will be greatly appeciated. I did a Farbar scan like I saw someone else do, and have attached it to this post. FSS.txt
