  1. Thank you - but unfortunately one problem still persists. In the systray list of icons and notifications the position mbamtray.exe did not disappear. The file respectively file name is not to be found on my whole hard disk and in the whole registry. Do you know a method to remove it? Regards, Anselm

Hi, I experimentally had to uninstall Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 3 (upgraded from version 2), but it left a lot of remains: mbamtray.exe in the systray icons list - but this file doesn't exist anymore on my hard disk A lot of Malwarebytes entrys in the registry Can someone tell me please how to remove Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 3 really completely?   3. Thank you. Unfortunately I cannot evaluate success because the virus MBAM, detected the day before yesterday, disappeared like magic. Regards, Anselm
  4. I wonder why I cannot save logfiles manually. If MBAM has found a virus I press Save. The window closes, but the file doesn't exist in C:\Users\Anselm\AppData\Roaming\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs (just the last automatically created logs). Searching the whole C: partition this is found C:\Users\Anselm\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\mbam-log-2012-11-03 (12-16-50).txt.lnk, but clicking on the link doesn't find the logfile.   6. Hello, Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware PRO detected an infection with Trojan.Agent.Gen at C:\Users\[...]\AppData\Local\vorbis.dll. Curiously I cannot save MbAM's log. After pressing Save the window closes, but the file doesn't exist, so I cannot attach it like requested in READ BEFORE REPORTING A FALSE POSITIVE! virustotal.com shows a detection ratio of 2 / 43 so I assume it's a false positive but I'd like to be sure.
