  1. Thanks again for the quick response. I tried right-clicking on the program shortcut and selecting "Enable as Administrator" and it opened properly and let me view the Updates. So, I guess that was all that I needed to do for now.
  2. Thank you for your quick response! I followed your instructions and it worked, and I was able to update and do a full scan that did not show any problems. After logging off the internet for a while and then back on again, I checked that the Update button is still functional and it is no longer clickable and is greyed out again. Any idea why it did that?
  3. I had an older version of the software and noticed that the Update button was greyed out. I was offline so I connected online and it was still greyed out. So, i uninstalled the program and installed the current one from Cnet. The update button is still greyed out and I noticed old logs were still there. What should I do next? Thanks, in advance.
