  1. I have this problem too, both s.aolcdn and o.aolcdn. How do I fix this?
  2. In the last few days, I have started getting the following error when I try to access the program (premium version): There is no disk in the drive. Please insert disk in Drive E. Cancel/Try Again/Continue If I press "continue", I can get into the program, but I can't see anywhere where I can change disk settings. I can't see custom scan modes either. How do I fix this?
  3. Same problem here (FIREFOX), ran a complete threat scan and got no errors whatsoever. How do I do a manual MBAM update? I assume we are talking about a database update rather than a program update, but I can't find the manual update feature.
  4. It has just started popping up randomly on my computer, and I can't locate it in either add ons or extensions to get rid of it. How do I do that? It is slowing my computer down and the stuff that is turning up is really annoying.

  7. Could the problem be something as simple as turning off "system restore" before I run MWB? I generally hesitate to do that - turn off system restore that is.
  8. Installed and ran latest version of Malwarebytes to remove the above noted infection. Rerunning MWB indicates that the infection is still resident. What am I doing wrong, or what should I be doing differently?
