  1. I have this problem too, both s.aolcdn and o.aolcdn. How do I fix this?
  2. In the last few days, I have started getting the following error when I try to access the program (premium version): There is no disk in the drive. Please insert disk in Drive E. Cancel/Try Again/Continue If I press "continue", I can get into the program, but I can't see anywhere where I can change disk settings. I can't see custom scan modes either. How do I fix this?
