Blocked IP not listed on http://hosts-file.net/

Hi malwarebytes is blocking the IP 159.253.5.5 which is not listed on hosts-file.net. we are losing clients because of blocking our website please help; how to unblock the IP or the website israa.nl, Not only on my computer, it should be unblocked for all malwarebytes users. best regards Ayoub
