  3. That seems to have done it, although nothing showed up in the Kapersky scan, which is troubling. Thanks for your help.
  4. Finally was able to get DDS to run. Please see attached logs. Attach.txt DDS.txt
  5. User has the Trojan Win32 Sirefef rootkit. I have attempted to run dds.com on the users system, but I am getting the error "dds.com is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file." Any ideas what I can do next? Ben
