  1. Thanks so much, I really appreciate you help sir!

  2. MrC- Attached is the requested log report. Right now the computer is running OK and I took a look at task manager the physical memory now is around 33% with 2 GB used. I wanted to make the physical memory down to 15-20% actually but afraid I will disable important processes/programs.. Also, there are trojans in the Malwarebytes quarantine tab, should I delete them all? Thanks, Didier mbam-log-2012-07-24 (17-54-09).txt
  3. MrC- I think it worked... Attached is the log report. log.txt

  6. MrC- Thanks for the response! I saved all three files (DDS, Attach and RKreport) to my desktop, and really sorry if this a dumb question, but how can I attach files in the reply box? I tried dragging the file to the reply box, pressing the paste button and My Media button but none seems to do anything..
  7. Hi all, Im running a 6 months old intel core i3, windows 7, x64 bit laptop, and I noticed just now that a process called winrscmde eating away up until 1,228,040 K of my memory. Is there any way to stop it completely? I had three blue screen in the last two hours and I think this has something to do with the winrscmde process. One of the bluescreens happened right after I ran a Malwarebytes scan, and after restart, a pop-up said "there was a problem starting C:ProgramData\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes'Anti_Malware\cleanup.dll The specified module could not be found". Any help is greatly appreciated!
