I went with option 2 but when I submitted the next window was a blank screen. I have been relegated to an iPhone for Internet access, so I am not sure my request went through. I did not receive a reply email.

I was able to run MBAM in safe mode, because that is the only way I could run it, and found the zeroaccess rootkit. I removed it but I still have issues. I have no Internet access, windows vista 32 bit. I have roguekiller and farbar (sp?) on a flash drive but my computer doesn't even recognize the drive. Now what?
