Silly question! I have it quarantined so do I restore it 1st?

A scheduled quick scan ran but nothing came up and after 10 mins a malwarebytes came up showing:

C:\Program Files (x86)\CyberLink\PowerDVD9\VideoFilter\clwmvd.dll as a trojan. I have this PowerDVD9 installed fore almost 2 year and this is the 1st time that malwarebytes considered it as a trojan.

I ran a developer scan and attached it.
