[I remove viruses and they instantly come back...]

Hello. I have these two viruses on my computer. I remove them each time malwarebytes scans them but they instantly come back. I've tried a LANDesk Antivirus as well and it doesn't recognize these as viruses.

Also, when I put malwarebytes in active mode it blocks outgoing sites everytime I switch webpages.
