[Trojan.agent on my rootkit.]

I have a malicious file that is not removed when I restore my pc to factory settings. I have used Malwarebytes and Microsoft Security Essentials to clean the PC (and used Windows Defender Offline), but it was not successful in killing the malicious file.

I downloaded DDS.com and followed the directions. The two requested files are attached.

Please note that I am not very adept at pc set up or anything and the steps I took so far took me several hours to figure out.

I just restored my pc to factory settings and can't believe that this is a Trojan agent. Please confirm. The only software I installed is Windows Live Essential, plus updates.
