[possibly being spied on]

My girlfriend thinks she's being stalked and there is a possibility someone got a spying software on her computer and hidden, in order for her "stalker" to spy on her. I did Spybot S&D, nothing out of the ordinary came up. So I did a HijackThis, been a while since I used it so I wanted someone else to analyze it. Any help would be appreciated.
