Why does this keep showing up

in Malwarebytes for Windows Support Forum

I constantly do my full scan and it comes up with the 2 items in the log i select remove but it doesn't seem to work. I use the free version so i'm not exactly sure if i need to buy it to clean it or what not any help would be much appreciated though.
