Hi

As per many other people, I have contracted this virus on my computer. Since getting it I installed Norton Anti Virus which did a full computer scan and 'resolved all issues' - however this one has not been resolved as I am getting loads of 404 errors and I can't access many sites e.g. Facebook or Google.

I have read your topic here:http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=69723 and downloaded DDS, however after it runs the script, now documents ever appear, this may be due to Notepad on this laptop not working and thus it not being able to open the file report.

Any help would be much appreciated.
