When is the next version being released? I'm not uninstalling and then reinstalling an old version on all of my systems. Unfortunately my customers (teachers) have gone home for the summer today and they will not be able to get updates until September. I am rolling out new computers this summer also, they too are laptops and will be accessing the network via VPN once they get them. I need to tell my boss something. When will this issue be fixed? -

Since installing the latest version of MWB a couple of days ago I am no longer able to receive updates while using the computer over our corporate VPN. Proxy settings settings are used regardless of location and this has always worked with previous versions. If I disconnect from the VPN at home and remove the proxy settings I can successfully update. The error I receive when using the VPN is PROGRAM_ERROR_UPDATEING (12163, 0, IsInternetConnected) Pinging the site is never possible, we don't pass pings throught the VPN, Proxy and then firewall at work. No changes have been made to any of those 3 systems just mentioned. Only change is the new version of MWB. My OS is Windows 7 Enterprise X64 and I'm using the built in networking features to create the VPN connection. VPN is running Windows Server 2003 IAS RRAS Never had any issues before. If I uninstall the .1200 version and revert back to .1100 it works correctly. This is going to become a big issue for me when I return to work on Monday as I've updated the VIP's laptops before the weekend. My gut feeling is the program is having an issue dealing with traversal of the vpn. Please advise.

Executable created by me and have used for over a year. Newest dats are now detecting as trojan.clicker This file is very important as it establishes vpn and starts relevant network connections. protection-log-2011-05-04.txt Pegasus.rar

Sorry, this if my first reporting of a false positive and I just read the pinned information. I am unable to duplicate the issue as the user has since been updated, we only update daily. No, I don't know what version of the signatures were at. Maybe the latest sigs are ok. Next time I know what to do. Thanks.

Hi, I am a corporate customer with a current deployment of 250 users. After our initial evaluation of the product we are pleased with the protection and cleaning capabilities. Our initial deployment was version 1.46 I believe. Well, since that release we have had 2 product updates within a very short span. I was surprised to find that the product updates require user intervention and reboots. This is not manageable for us. Do you have plans to change this with the (PRO) product? On a seperate but related note I did see mention of your enterprise version. My question is would a current corporate customer like myself get that for free or would there be an additional charge? I would like to see the interface password protected. I intend on installing this on employee laptops and without some sort of password protection the users will either change the settings or disable the program altogether.
