  1. I have a Gigabyte Aero 15 laptop. Yesterday, I unboxed it and did a factory reset of Windows and reinstalled Gigabyte ControlCenter (http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/Driver/nb-driver-64bit-win10-dchu-controlcenter-19.03.21.04.zip) (https://www.gigabyte.com/Laptop/AERO-15--RTX-20-Series#support-dl-driver-utility) as well as the other drivers. Apparently, MBAM thinks its registry key is malware. I have left it quarantined. I am pretty sure this is a false positive.
  2. On my desktop, I have noticed that even if my recycle bin is empty, my MBAM threat scans started with C:\$Recycle.Bin. I also notice that various files from subfolders of the system folders are in this folder. Is this normal? Also, I've noticed that some folders that MBAM used to reduce in their normal case are now being ready in all caps (on both of my computers) (e.g., WINDOWS, APPDATA, PROGRAM FILES, PROGRAMDATA). Is this normal?
