So my son's computer had Privacy Component on it. It wouldn't let us do anything. I was finally able to get in and get it off using control, alt, delete. It still has stuff on it though. I had to use an external hardrive to get MBAM and hijack on it, because it won't let you go to anywebsites like that. It also won't let us update the anti virus. You try to go to say the malware website and it takes you somewhere else. We can't get anywhere with it. We also can't get anything to run. MBAM is on there, but won't run. Won't go to the root kit site. I have no idea what to do now and could use some help. Thanks guys, Shawn
