  1. Is there any Malwarebytes Representative who would like to step up and help resolve my Consumer Account access? I've been trying to get access to the consumer discount purchase, we already have the corporate puchase account. We are loosing on lots of sales!!!! I've emaied and emailed for assistance and no help or response yet. PLEASE HELP!!! I'm going on 3+ months without any Help and we are lossing customers to Malwarebytes sales!!
  2. Well, Awesome product but poor customer service for resellers. Its going to be about 2 months soo far from my requests for consumer license help/access. It would be nice to have a dedicated phone number to call instead of relying on email for support. PLEASE HELP!!!
  3. I've been trying to get my Consumer Licenses account resolved through my reseller login. My corprate account works fine but 90% of my orders are consumer sales. Ive sent 3 emails in the past 3 weeks to the Reseller email address listed. So far no response and Im losing sales cause I cant purchase at the reseller rate anymore. It also would be good to have a phone number for resellers for support rather than email, time is important and waiting for an email whenever it comes in doesnt work well when you have a business to maintain. Any help in resolving this is greatly appreciated.
