I am running Windows XP. First problem is, 1.60 scans, finds a couple of aberrant files, then . . . I get an error message that Malware has encountered a problem and must close . . . "sorry for the inconvenience". I've seen numerous references and lines to a "clean" file, but every effort to download it has been met with opposition that the website or file cannot be found. I'm stuck. Winston
