[If full scan finds nothing, can I do a chameleon fix?]

If a full scan does not find anything and I know that I've got a problem, can I do a chameleon fix? How do I do it?

I have Malwarebyes Pro and have sent a detailed e-mail to support, but have not heard anything back yet.

[svchost.exe using a lot of cpu]

My computer's performance window says that 90% of my cpu is being used and that "svchost.exe" might be the culprit. All I'm doing is checking e-mail and running a back-up.

What is svchost.exe? Is it a problem? Can I fix the amount of memory it is using?
