  1. Follow the instructions here to fix the problem: https://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?/topic/158722-malicious-website-protection-disabled/
  2. Sorry, just found the instructions for fixing it. They worked. Thanks! https://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?/topic/158722-malicious-website-protection-disabled/
  3. Same here. Despite re-checking the box in "Settings/Detection and Protection/Malicious Website protection/Enabled" it still shows that "Real-Time Protection - Malicious Website Protection" is disabled.
  4. Thank you for your apology, Marcin. Two of our four computers were completely disabled because of this database update and it took us most of last evening to be able to even boot them again. So I appreciate you taking responsibility for what happened and working so quickly to make it right.
  5. Your fix won't work for me because I'm missing the CRYPTUI.dll file needed to boot my computer. (Malwarebytes quarantined it.)
  6. We were able to get my husband's laptop back because he was able to find a system restore point. But all of my system restore points are now gone, so my computer can not be booted.
  7. My laptop and my husband's laptop will not even boot now, even trying to do it from recovery discs. Malwarebyes has quarantined too many files for either computer to get past a screen that says... LogonUIexe - System Error The program can't start because CRYPTUI.dss is missing from your computer. We are at a loss? Our two laptops are unbootable.
  8. If you try to boot an affected computer in safe mode, you can't because the Cryptui.dll is missing after Malarebytes quarantined it.
  9. I've had the same issue. Two of our laptop computers will not even boot now because so many important files are quarantined.
  10. I was very happy to take your excellent survey.
  11. I had the same issue and followed the instructions here: forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=103145 It also resolved the problem.
