  3. It is a Malwarebytes enterprise edition (version 1.70). If you have standalone Malwarebytes, you won't see it.
  4. If you go to Program->Malwarebytes Enterprise Edition->Data Backup and Restoration. YOu will see two options, "backup data" and "Restore Data" . Pick backup and point to wherever your destination is. That is how i back up my database.
  5. Hi MEE users, I am reaching out for help since tech support does not help much after more than 2 weeks. After dealing with false positive issue last couple weeks ago. My MME server crashed. Good thing that I backed up the MEE database using the data backup &restoration tool in MEE. I went ahead and rebuild a new MEE server and restore the database. The issue is that MEE console won't let me login regardless what I use either Admin/Admin or Admin/(my created password) after the database restored. Please advise, thank you in advance. Weester.
  6. WE BOUGHT mee less than 2 weeks. I will dispute to my credit card and get my $$$ back.... Tech support is NOT MUCH HELP. I have been with tech support over emailS back and forth. THERE IS NO REAL PERSON OR PHONE NUMBER TO CALL FOR SUPPORT. ABSOLUTELY, THERE WILL BE NO NO NO RENEWAL. .
  7. This happened to us using MEE. It is very disappointed and frustrated about MEE. We can't do anything since all the system hang and won't let us login to either domain admin or local admin on the client. We were able to get some clients up by reboot to safe mode and disable all Malwarebytes services.
