  1. Hello, Almost a year ago I purchased discounted student licence for 2 devices/4yrs. Even though the acceptance email states only "Activates Up to ONE(1) Device, it correctly activated the 2 devices that were paid for. Presently, a week or so ago, I guess MWB had a major update, and when I updated the first pc to get the upgrade, the only way I could get the upgrade to install was to uninstall MWB, then re-install. Naturally, had to enter my license number. This worked fine. Today, my second pc, which I don't use as much, got the notice of the major upgrade/update. I ran into the same vicious circle of trying to install, so again, decided to uninstall/re-install. Now when I re-enter the license key, I get the "You've hit your device limit..." error message. Both pc's are listed in devices, but I guess now, it only wants to activate one. Can anyone help. Thank you.
  2. I started experiencing many of the same issues around Nov 30, 10:00am. Windows XP sp3 In addition, I cannot connect to Microsoft Update website. On my other non-infected pc, I have no problem connecting to MS Update. This ping.exe is hogging all of the cpu and memory.
