  1. I have no idea what was wrong, but using that support tool and doing gather logs, followed by the clean, for some reason has now fixed it thank goodness. When i manually reinstalled, prior, it didnt fix the issue. So all is good now. Thanks!

  2. Can you please collect and upload as an attachment the diagnostic data using our MBST? Download and run the Malwarebytes Support Tool Accept the EULA and click Advanced tab on the left (not Start Repair) Click the Gather Logs button, and once it completes, attach the zip file it creates on your desktop to your next reply

  3. A scan will be for objects; files on a hard disk, what's running in RAM and what keys may be set in the Registry. Scanning a hard disk is slower than RAM or within the Registry. That speed is reflected in the total number of objects scanned.
