  1. Correct, there is no website. As I said, this domain only hosts internal resources. But no matter what I type in, it comes up as hosting a trojan. E.g.   2. This is beyond my capabilities to fix, but I have confirmed it and passed it to the developer. Possibly a tweak in the infrastructure is needed. Will get back to you when I know more.

  5. Hello @stanhilliard You have Kaspersky Internet Security installed and running. Can you please restart your computer and then temporarily disable Kaspersky Internet Security Right-click on the Kaspersky icon in the tray and select "Pause protection" Then see if you can reinstall Malwarebytes https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb4_offline There are a few faults recorded in the Event Logs but they could all be temporary or transitional in nature.   13. Important. Very important. When you get to a quiet moment. You seem to be logged in with a user-account that does not have Administrator rights. You must LOGOFF. Restart. Login with a administrator-level rights. . In addition. There appears to be too many active / running antivirus programs.
