  3. Hello, thanks for bringing this to our attention. We've reviewed the site again and have determined it no longer warrants being blocked so we've removed it from our database. Removal should be reflected in the next database update going out in a few hours or so.

  4. If all you need is a dictionary, there are alternatives to Babylon that you can use that contain no adware or PUPs. I just checked the Chrome web store and found Instant Dictionary as well as Grammarly. If neither of those suits your needs you can take a look at the other options available; just search for relevant terms such as dictionary, grammar or thesaurus etc., depending on what you need. If you're using Firefox, there are extensions available such as the ones listed here where I did a search for the term dictionary. I hope this is helpful.

  6. Non-standard TLD's (cc/info/xyz/online and so on) are commonly used for malicious purposes. Malwarebytes err on the side of caution to assure that we are protecting our users. If our users encounter a block, they report it (as you did), we test it, and if it is determined to be safe, we unblock it

  7. Malwarebytes' criteria for classifying programs as PUP (Potentially Unwanted Programs) can be found here and there is an entry in Malwarebytes' threat glossary for Babylon here. If you would post the logs requested above I can help you to exclude it so that it is no longer detected on your system. Thanks

  9. Hiya AngryBard, Good to hear the issues have ceased, to clean up do the following: Right click on FRST here: C:\Users\HP\Downloads\FRST64.exe and rename uninstall.exe when complete right click on uninstall.exe and select "Run as Administrator" If you do not see the .exe appended that is because file extensions are hidden, in that case just rename FRST64 to uninstall That action will remove FRST and all created files and folders... 11. When you reach that part of the scan, uncheck the box next to the item and then click Next and when asked what to do with the remaining items, select the option to always ignore and it should be excluded. If that does not work, please do the following: Download and run the Malwarebytes Support ToolAccept the EULA and click Advanced tab on the left (not Start Repair)Click the Gather Logs button, and once it completes, attach the zip file it creates on your desktop to your next reply
