  3. Had Malwarebytes free installed on my 2 laptops at home - linked to home wifi network Discovered malwarebytes program had gone from both machines. Machines running a bit slow. Then downloaded and installed latest V of Malwarebytes, ran scan, no problems detected. Ran Bitdefender quick scan, no problems reported. Anyone like to help me understand how the program vanished from 2 machines?

  7. "***** [ Chromium URLs ] ***** Not Deleted banggood.com" It says this everytime I run it. I tried this from an older post but it didnt work: " You can keep your “Bookmarks” if you want to keep them, but you have to export them first – >> Export Bookmarks << – Everything else should be removed. Then I need you to go to >> Google Sync << and sign into your account. Scroll down until you see the “reset sync” button and click on the button At the prompt click on “Ok”. Then, rescan + remove what have been found, and relaunch Chrome. It should be better now." No idea why adwcleaner is unable to remove it. AdwCleaner[C10].txt Addition.txt

  10. Hi I have a few lifetime licenses (for personal and company use) and new version of keys As I purchased a new laptop and one of the keys still has slot available I decide to add the new device with one of the key ID + Key combo But I kept getting the MBAM404101 error with multiple install attempts (including using malwarebytes clean tool) Then I decide to deactivate all devices associated with that key, but still no luck (same MBAM404101) error Can you please let me know how I can use my key for a new device? or can you make the future update with account logins (so I can associate old keys with specific devices) Thank you
  11. Hi, I am the manager of a web studio that developed the site speakus.club. Could you remove it from the suspicious list? We honestly do not use viruses, trojans or cryptocurrency miners anywhere. Thanks! )
  12. The block will be removed on the next update. Sorry for the delay.
  13. Thank you for letting us know, I'm getting an update out to correct this as I write this.
  14. Hi, just now I run FSRT program on another laptop there. So I can copy the hives files from here to another system that won't boot? Izit will have issues when run new version files from C:\FSRM\hives?
  15. Have you tried just copying/pasting the folder rather than trying to move it? Does that work or does it still give you an error?
  16. Yep, agreed, as long as your temps are under control then you should be just fine, and once your order for Kryonaut comes in and you re-paste your CPU and GPU I'm certain your temps will improve even more so you should be just fine without needing to delid the CPU.

  18. Greetings, I believe you're referring to the instructions in this post, however if that did not work then it is possible that there is some other PUP or malware component not being detected on the system that is bringing it back/reinstalling it in your browser. If that is the case then please read and follow the instructions in this topic and then create a new topic in the malware removal area by clicking here and one of our malware removal specialists will assist you as soon as one is available. I hope this helps and please let us know if there is anything else we might assist you with. Thanks
  19. Yes, there is a known issue with the UI code that Malwarebytes uses (based on QT) that has a bug where if you use the slider rather than a single click the setting will not actually be changed. I assume that the only fix will have to come from the team behind QT as Malwarebytes does not have control over their code; it's a third party tool used for implementing the UI in Malwarebytes 3.
  20. Greetings, To exclude the item run a scan with Malwarebytes by opening Malwarebytes and clicking the Scan Now button. Allow the scan to complete and then click on the empty checkbox at the top of the list of detections on the left so that all checkboxes for all detected items are unchecked then click Next. When prompted on what to do with the remaining detected items select the option to always ignore and they will be added to your exclusions so that they will no longer be detected. 21. One note of caution about the "entity" who helped you remotely. Check out review comments at BBB about them. One is from 2018 & one from 2017. see https://www.bbb.org/us/or/portland/profile/computer-repair/nerds-on-call-inc-1296-22532425/customer-reviews Not to scare you; but as a precaution, if you paid by credit card or check, I would be watching those accounts.
