ShopperZ preventing me from installing Malware Bytes

Here's the error code I'm getting, 

Runtime Error (at 85:137):
Could not call proc.

 

 

I have BSdriver.sys infection for sure. It seems to keep deleting my dnsapi.dll and chrome won't work at all. IE works but with annoying popups.

 

I've tried renaming malware bytes to trick it and that didnt work. I tried installing it on a flash drive and then running it on infected computer but that didn't work. (Gave me the error that dnsapi.dll was missing).

I'm not asking for help with malware. I'm asking for help installing malwarebytes to remove it. It won't even install.

The malware may be interfering with installing MBAM.

So, the first priority is to get cleaned up.

 

The sort of work needed to get it up and running cannot be done in this particular area of the forum.

 

I suggest that you might want to start with the advice in my previous reply here.

It explains the options for free, expert help.

EDIT: Your malware helper will assist you with getting MBAM up and running, as well.
