All I get is 'it stopped working'

I am at my wits end here. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a few times now, using the clean remove process. I have run in chameleon mode, I have changed the file name, it still won't work! I don't know what else to do. All I get is a windows message saying that the program has stopped working....

I'm not saying that it is a malware problem.

 

However, we aren't in front of your computer.

The only way to assist you is to obtain a bit of basic system information to begin troubleshooting.

Your logs show evidence of at least PUPs and other infection.
Cleanup will require a deeper look at the system and the use of tools that aren't permitted in this area of the forum.

So, for expert assistance, I suggest that you please follow the advice in this pinned topic: Available Assistance For Possibly Infected Computers.
It explains the options for free, expert help >>AND<< the preliminary steps to take to expedite the process.

As you have already run FRST, you just need to start a new, separate topic in the malware removal area of the forum, with those same logs.
A malware analyst will guide you through the cleanup process and with getting MBAM up and running.
