  21. No. Disabling Exploit Protection does NOT alleviate. I have confirmed once again that disabling Web Protection does.
  22. Support can take currently 5-7 days for response. Unless it is a licensce issue as you have, support here on the forums is faster. I do not want to say you did anything wrong, I would have waited out the duration of the old license before activating a new one. Less hassle and dealing with the help desk.
